By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

• Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment. Deposits go toward the final price of your tattoo.

Deposit Breakdown: booking deposit $50 or virtual consultation deposit $25

processing fee: $2 (non-refundable regardless of when reschedule or cancellation is made)

• Rescheduling: At least 48 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment. Your deposit is valid for one reschedule if done within the 48-hour window. After two reschedules, a new deposit will be required to book again.

• Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.

• No-call / No-shows: No-call, no-shows will forfeit their deposit and will no longer be eligible to book future appointments.

• Late Arrivals: There is a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a late fee of $50 will be applied and your session time may be shortened. If you arrive 25–30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book again.

• Payment: Cash is preferred. Apple Pay is accepted, and card payments are available through my website. Card payments include a processing fee.

• Numbing Cream: Please do not apply any numbing agents unless we have specifically discussed and cleared a specific brand beforehand. All numbing agents will be applied by me and details will be discussed prior to your appointment.

• Guests: No additional guests are permitted unless discussed beforehand.

• Age Requirement: You must be 18+ with a valid government-issued ID.

• Design Changes: Major design changes within 48 hours of your appointment may require rescheduling and may affect the final price.
