By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:
• Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.
Deposit Breakdown:
- Tattoo appointment deposit: $50
- In-person and cover-up consultation deposits: $50
- Virtual consultation deposit: $25
- A $2 processing fee is applied to all deposits and is non-refundable.
All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, unless otherwise discussed.
• Forms of Payment: Cash is preferred. Apple Pay is accepted, and card payments are available through my website. Card payments include a 3% processing fee.
• Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Your deposit may be transferred one time if rescheduled before the 48 hour window. After one reschedule, a new deposit will be required to book again. Rescheduling within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.
• Cancellations: Cancelling your appointment at any time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Deposits are not transferable to other people or future bookings beyond the allowed reschedule unless otherwise discussed.
• No-call / No-shows: No-call, no-shows will forfeit their deposit and will no longer be eligible to book future appointments.
• Late Arrivals: There is a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a late fee of $50 will be applied and your session time may be shortened. If you arrive 25–30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book again.
• Numbing Cream: Do not apply any numbing agents before your appointment unless we have specifically discussed and approved a particular brand beforehand. If you choose to use a numbing agent (including your own), it must be applied by me during your appointment. This allows me to ensure it is applied correctly and given the proper amount of time to take effect for the best possible results. Because the numbing process requires an additional hour before tattooing can begin, a $50 appointment extension fee applies regardless of whose numbing cream is used. If you choose not to use numbing cream, no additional fee will apply.
• Guests: No additional guests are permitted unless otherwise discussed beforehand.
• Age Requirement: You must be 18+ with a valid government-issued ID.
• Design Changes: Major design changes within 48 hours of your appointment may require rescheduling and may affect the final price.
